shared bathroom and no elevator but wasn’t a bad stay.

Not a place I would stay again. The toilet of one of two bathrooms was backup during the 3 night we stayed there.

Do not book this hotel. I chose it because of the location near Roma Termini, but the customer service was awful. After booking, I learned that check-in is not staffed 24/7. I tried calling multiple times to clarify the late check-in policy and arrival instructions, but most calls went unanswered. When someone finally answered, they hung up on me while I was asking a simple question. I also contacted Expedia for help, and the property was reportedly unresponsive to Expedia’s attempts to reach them as well. Because of the lack of communication, I ended up losing the money I paid for the reservation. Very poor communication and extremely unprofessional service. I would not stay here.

This was a great stay for a night with my family in Rome. The only thing we had issues with was the shower drain not draining properly, but other than that, this was a great stay for a family accommodation.

More signage, unlocked elevator, quieter plumbing, more modern locks and more comfortable bed would improve the stay. After entering the building there was no indication even where reception was. On the positive side the lady at reception was very nice and welcoming.

We had a very good experience overall at this hotel in Rome. Giorgio (I apologize if I misspelled his name), the gentleman at the reception, was absolutely amazing — truly 10 stars for customer service 🌟 He was kind, helpful, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The manager was also very collaborative and attentive whenever we needed assistance. The location is another huge plus 📍 The hotel is very well located and close to many attractions, restaurants, and transportation, which made exploring Rome very convenient. As constructive feedback, I believe there are a few areas that could be improved, mainly regarding housekeeping. The bathroom cleanliness could be better, and the shower did not have soap available when we arrived. We also noticed some blankets stored in the closet in a way that made us unsure whether they had been freshly cleaned. Small details like properly folded and organized bedding would help guests feel more confident about cleanliness and linen changes. Overall, the staff and location made our stay enjoyable, and with a few improvements in housekeeping, this place could easily become excellent. 😊
