Room was clean, elevators were old and a bit creaky, but otherwise all was fine

Nasty. We walked in and our room smelled horrible, had mold all over the walls, and hair all over the bed. The staff was rude when we asked for a refund and ended up disputing it with Expedia. Avoid this dump, rooms are clearly never cleaned.

Stayed here 5x already. Clean, reasonably priced, good coffee and breakfast. Convenient location.

Always have a good stay here

Roaches in the bathroom, toilet tank lid cracked. Hair in the shower

First, I want to mention that the front desk employee was extremely helpful and pleasant. When I initially checked into the room, I was very satisfied. The room appeared clean, the bed was comfortable, and the sheets were fresh and clean. Unfortunately, the next morning I experienced a few issues. I had left my luggage on the floor overnight, and when I picked it up, I saw two bugs run out from underneath the bag and disappear into the molding along the wall. That was concerning. In addition, when I went into the bathroom, I noticed a few pubic hairs on the toilet and in the shower area. I also found that one of the towels was heavily stained. The remaining towels appeared clean, so I may have simply encountered one bad towel. Overall, the room generally appeared clean and the bed was comfortable, but finding the bugs and the hairs in the bathroom was disappointing and negatively impacted my stay. The bathroom cleanliness issue may have been a one-time oversight, but the bugs were more concerning. That said, considering the value and convenience of the hotel, I would likely stay there again if needed, but I hope these issues can be addressed.
