This is a slightly older hotel about 6 miles from Seongsan Ilchubong in a quiet residential area. It was very reasonably priced and included a refrigerator and hot water kettle in the room. There is a communal eating area on the first floor that has microwaves and a hot plate. Conveniently, there is a small 7-11 on the first floor as well that you can enter without having to go outside if you stay in the Bada (Ocean) building. If you want, you can purchase a Korean or Western breakfast on-site for 12,000 won. Our room was small, but clean and comfortable. The beds were slightly on the hard side but not bad. The best part was the balcony with table and chairs and a breathtaking sea view. My only real complaints are the smell of smoke in the hallway (the room smelled fine) and a constant sound of something on the roof banging in the wind throughout the night that interrupted sleep. I would probably stay again if I’m in the area.

Bed was uncomfortable.

The views were fantastic! It was great to have a 7-11 on site. The beds were not comfortable.

Family suite was so cozy, clean, and spacious!

Stayed family suite. Great service and location. Very clean. Would like to go back again.

clean and comfortable to travel seongsan area.

The hotel was quite nice, and the staff was very friendly for my one night stay.

Great value and excellent view from balcony (facing the ocean). Convenience store in same building.

This resort was well designed and had a lot of potential when it first opened I would guess. But the execution day to day isn't so smart. So, already a few less durable things are looking a bit worse for wear. Sadly got an instant feeling of "the bare minimum will do" attitude from staff. Also be aware they don't provide the usual things in a room, instead you needed to buy them from their shop downstairs.
