This hotel is a gem, its location fantastic in the heart of the city. The staff is amazing, very friendly and super helpful. The breakfast was great as well with impeccable service. We were 4 staying in the 2 room Madame Rosa suite which was very comfortable with a very large main bedroom. I would highly recommend this hotel; to its staff: Danke!

We had a very pleasant stay. The air conditioning worked well, which made the room comfortable even during hot weather. The bed was very comfortable, and the room itself was spacious with plenty of space to relax. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we would be happy to stay here again.

Check in with Christian was quick, friendly and helpful. My single room was small but clean and functional. The morning breakfast was included and a great start to the day. Amazing location near Stephansplatz and public transportation.

Very central to the city centre, only 15 minutes walk but surrounded by shops and restaurants nearby. Very clean and friendly boutique style hotel.
Breakfast was a pleasant experience with a good variety of food, with polite and efficient staff.
The hotel does not have a bar or restaurant but there is a traditional Viennese restaurant just next door serving very good meals at reasonable prices.
Only thing missing was a kettle in the room to make hot drinks but apart from this I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location. Very comfortable place to stay with room, lobby, dining room, and rooftop patio. Breakfast was good, although a few more vegetarian options would have been nice.
