Room is humid

Room neat n tidy. Clean..nearby ferry port.

I booked a room thru Hotels.com but when I arrived to the hotel the welcome was rude. The guy told me the hotel was fully booked, then when he saw I had this booking with Hotels.com, he told me "well we got an other hotel, wait we will drive u there" I wait around 1 hour, then a guy took me there, it was a bit far and the hotel was horrible and the room was worst, without window so I asked them to cancel the booking but they didn't and it looks like that Hotels.com does not care much about that, I still have no refund!

Nice environment but low facilities

Terrible... The bed had no headrest so there were unsightly marks made by people who leaned on the wall..!

the staff was friendly and the room was everything you could expect from a budget accommodation.

Low-cost, budget hotel. Staff are extremely nice. (When they realized that I wasn't leaving town until the evening, they even offered to let me take a shower after I had checked out.)

Whenever we needed assistance, staff were quick to help. Service with a smile. Really made my trip memorable. Love and kisses Kanchi
