Easy parking on site paying an extra free, however plenty of street parking free 6PM-08-00AM. Convenient for restaurants! Shopping centre ! Tram and 10 minutes walking to city. Highly recommend

I was a return customer because our first stay was excellent. Unfortunately, this time the property felt quite weathered and several basic cooking utensils were missing. After advising management, only a new pot and a used wooden spoon were supplied. There was no chopping board, no can opener, no kitchen knife, and only one small pot without a lid.
In addition, the clothes hanging rod in the wardrobe was poorly secured and came out of its mounting during use.
One positive outcome was that we received one night’s complimentary parking in return for the inconvenience.

พอใช้ There were issues with check in. I arrived after hours with guidence to retrieve a key. The key was not left out and I was not able to get into the room. A partial resolution with a refund of that nights stay and cover for the additional cost of the room. I was not out of pocket for my stay.
I was not happy with the handling of the issue and I felt the difficulty and tiredness I experienced that evening and the following day was not apprieciated or compensated for. I felt a further discount on the stay was warrented. The managers did not agree.
The room itself was as I expected for the cost. There is some mould in the shower and the fixtures are cheap.
The onsite staff we pleasent and were apologetic for the difficulty. The gave me a bottle of wine as an apology.
Email and phone communication with the property manager was less ideal. I felt dismissed and under valued as I had booked through Expedia.
