The only positives about this place are the areas (Korea-town) around it being walkable, and cleaner than the city center. We booked the standard room, and it was terrible. We were at the top floor at the peak of the building's roof. I'm not even avg American height and my head was touching the ceiling, especially in the shower. We asked the front counter if we could switch to another room that I wouldn't hit my head. After given excuses we were fed up & were about to book another across the street. Only then were we offered an upgraded room. We were given unclear details about laundry, so when I use their washer/dryer (self-serve for me) I was charged $8 USD at check-out. There are so many better options all around. Avoid this location!

Breakfirst was not so bad also service is not so bad. Location is little bit bad. That is on the center of korean town If you are korean location will be perfect. If you are not. it will be difficult to find fancy restaurant for dinner.

This hotel located in D7. Which call as korean town. A lot of Korean restaurants and pubs around. I book 3 rooms for me and my 2 friends. During check in then we realize we stay separately. Not in the same block. The hotel couldn't arrange us to stay at the same block. Which made me don't feel good with the arrangements. While is only 2 nights stay. Just to accept it. Breakfast is ok to me cook to order. Hotel room is big or maybe too big. But I don't need such a big space. All things are a bit run down. Overall still ok for short stay.

Overall It was OK. If you are a Korean, it seemed to incur more favour by the Koreans since the surrounding has that feel. A LITTLE Korea. So king is an issue with us who do not smoke, hard to enjoy your meals out front when plenty of them all around you.

Comfortable and friendly hotel, environment. Within walking distance to many eateries, supermarket.

They have 3 hotels , they all look great and comfortalbe for price , lot of restuarant and bar around ( mostly is korean food) services is good, breakfast have a lot to choose , but you can have 1 only, good area to stay , you can ask more for this price.

It is nice for this value rate. The room is clean and comfortable. Many restaurants around easy to grab food, and also very near Vivo mall. However, you better to print out your reservation confirmation. I showed the information on my phone, but the staff cant find any booking information and said they didn't work with Hotels.com yet.....It took me 20 mins to explain it is impossible I made reservation and you guys dont know. Finally, they contacted with owner/manager to find out they do work with Hotels.com.
