Really poor experience at this hotel. We were travelling with our premature newborn and the smoke from the forest fires was overhead and thick. We requested to cancel our room to get him somewhere safer away from the fires and they refused to cancel.

Very clean , the staff in the restaurant was friendly and helpful. The reception was OK , could have been more friendly. The room that I had was nice , but the shower floor was extremely slippery and dangerous with nothing to hold on .

Clean room and polite staff. Nice spa. Archon is beautiful.

Beautiful and well-maintained with excellent staff in all roles. Location is perfect, just a few mins walk to the beach.

The place is perfectly located, the service provide was perfect and the breakfast healthy. The SPA and the pool were clean and treatment perfect. Thanks to clair.

It's a lovely spot in Arcachon. It's close to the beach and the beach path. The hot pool/spa was a treat after days of travel.

Had a really relaxing stay at the Thalazur. The setting of the hotel is stunning. We felt really spoilt. The staff are very helpful and attentive. I would recommend for future guests that they have a better first aid kit and a wheelchair. I strained my ankle and would’ve benefitted from a wheelchair to help me get to and from the car during the rest of my stay. This might be useful for future guests. Thanks again!

3 star hotel at best, stayed with my 5 year old son for a weekend break. This hotel is not child friendly! We were afraid to use the pool as it was so quiet you could barely hear a whisper. Room was overlooking a building site, huge cranes, not exactly the sea view we were hoping for. Thankfully it was the weekend so no noise. Bed was comfortable but room was quite tired and very small. Sound proofing was awful , we were awoken most mornings very early from noise above and in the corridor. Room service was great and the staff in the restaurant friendly. Reception staff not so helpful and found them to be quite rude. No offer of help when checking in for our caes. Solo travel with a child an offer to at least help. Not a 4 star hotel. Probably the worst hotel we have stayed in for a number of years.

Despite the building work outside the hotel still managed a very relaxing stay. Pool area lovely and spotlessly clean
