Clean Room. Helpful Staff.

Our trip and stay was fantastic. The hotel was clean from the entrance to the room, super spacious, comfy bed/pillows and the staff was so helpful and nice. Breakfast was okay I do like protein(meats) and those weren’t offered but that’s just a preference. They had oatmeal which I had and the topping options were great! Overall I would definitely stay again and even drive a bit out of the way to stay there if I had to because of how awesome this hotel is. Thank you for the hospitality

The place was nice I just didn’t like that the manager was scolding the house keeper in the hallway it seems unprofessional and that should be handled privately. I felt so bad for the lady, maybe they need to retrain the manager

The hotel was okay not good not bad just okay, I was there 4 days think they cleaned the room 1 time. given the room wasnt dirty but fresh towels and made bed would have being nice left trash outside since they wouldn't come get it and still spent a day outside the door, staff was good helpful always at there station never seemed bothered by a question or if asked if towles could finally be brought to room. property was clean and everything else was like stated...okay.

This property is very nice and clean We really enjoy our stay the rooms and the place is very modern

The staff was helpful and kind from the cleaning service to the front desk! The breakfast was what was expected.

The location was great! As well as the staff, breakfast, room itself, and surrounding businesses. I'd love to come back.

The hot breakfast every morning was a major reason I booked this stay and I was pleasantly surprised that the egg and meat items changed daily. The property and room were clean and well maintained. Only issues were the one time I had housekeeping clean the room, the sheets weren't changed and there was dried blood on them when we checked in. Also, the pool was closed for the 2nd half of our week for unknown reasons. Thankfully, we were leaving and it didn't affect is too much. But it was to be closed for 3 additional days after we left.

We were double charged for our pre-paid stay. Took my debit card for incidentals and upon check out, they charged us again for the stay. While traveling, we had our money tied up in our bank due to their double charge error. We immediately contacted the front desk and we were told the manager wasn't in. I asked for the gentleman to please contact the manager, and the manager stated "I will try and reverse it today, but tomorrow is better for me" It took 7 days to get the money back into our account. To top it off, when we were in the lobby during our stay, there was a gentleman upset at the front desk because they had also double charged him as well. Seems as if some staff needs some re-training so this doesn't keep on happening to others. Rooms were not very clean, we asked staff for a room cleaning, they never came.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your property. I will not be returning to this hotel due to the excessive noise from pool parties that lasted throughout the day and night. Despite the pool hours being listed until 10:00 PM, the music and noise continued well past those times. On Saturday, the party went on until 11:30 PM, and on Sunday, it lasted until 1:00 AM. At 12:30 AM on Monday morning, I had to personally visit the front desk to complain. The staff informed me that several other guests had also complained, yet they allowed the party to continue regardless. While I can say that the breakfast was good, the lack of sleep and the management's refusal to enforce pool hours made for a very poor experience.
