The pool area is great, clean, plenty of sunbeds, towels really tatty. Hotel was obviously built to a high spec but has be left unmaintained. This would be our third visit to the hotel, mostly governed by its location. Medina 20 min walk, Gueliz 20 mins. However, the shower head and sealant now dirty, we had water coming through the light fitting on two occaisions. Reception staff, some are super helpful, some are surely and having ordered a taxi at 8am for 11am to go to the airport I was not amused that no taxi was available. It is a shame that the hotel standards have deteriorated yet again

I found the room I stayed in wasn’t sound proof. I could hear next door resident shouting on the phone.

Really enjoyed my 4 night stay at the hotel. The room allocated was huge, comfortable, clean and with a lovely outlook. All of the staff were 1st class, friendly, helpful and very professional. I used the swimming pool area and gym and both were very good. The breakfasts provided by the hotel were very good with hot and cold options available. The area around the hotel is safe and there are plenty of dining out options if you don’t want to stay in the hotel. The main tourist sites in Marrakesh are all within 15/20 mins walk of the hotel. If I ever return to Marrakesh I would definitely stay at the hotel again.

Hotel is run down and understaffed, people that work don't know what they are doing nor can communicate. They took 20 min to find us a room service menu searching in most rooms then took 40min to make a sandwich. Phones don't dial between room to room; nor room service..only reception number who either can't understand or says someone would call you back,Forget about enjoying breakfast or spa, no one is around to ask. There were no cups, no clean tables, no tea spoons, were given some plastic spoons in the rooms as well. Soft drinks and beer were served warm out of stock room. We had Juinior Suits supposedly nicer bigger rooms, not worth it.Old frilled towels, curtains hanging on 3 hooks if that, one plug to switch between, coffee machine, fridge and a lamp. Very disappointing experience. We thought location was good for getting to places but on main road everyone honks from 7am. It was once a glorious hotel but probably 20 years ago

The hotel is amazingly beautiful and really local to the centre. The staff were nice in the hotel and the room was very nice including bathroom. My only complaint is about the Spa, for two people we paid 1300 MAD for a selected service however they just completed a service which was actually not what we wanted and cost 700MAD instead. When we complained Iman the young girl was laughing at us and she needs to learn some manners. We were scammed and she told us so many lies it’s actually Terrible! This ruined our mood and left a very negative impact for our stay. Not sure why these young girls thinking of themselves and become obnoxious. We wanted our money back and she refused but we showed her on the board how much we should have been charged for what they gave us. The overbooked the ONE working lady downstairs so couldn’t complete our services properly at all!!!!!

With its architecture, refined design, and regal décor, the Royal Mirage Deluxe gives you the best of Marrakesh, and it's close to the vibrant city center, the Medina, and the many treasures of the ochre city. Do not expect a modern hotel or perfectly working appliances but authenticity, charm, and timeless magic.

Very Bad service Tve not working l was waiting Ito taking 4 hours my doter room far from my room bathroom senk Block Bad experience sorry!!!!!!!!
