Good hotel, nice breakfasts. Good service in the front desk.

Good breakfast. Clean and quiet room.

Probably my 5th time staying at this hotel. Location is great. Less than 10 mins walk to the metro. Lots of restaurants around the hotel so finding food is not an issue. Hotel needs some refurbishment though. Rooms are dated. Carpet and bathroom js old and could do with some updating.

La chambre était bien. Le centre de conditionnement physique manque beaucoup d’équipement. Surtout des poids et haltères, un banc serait bien aussi. Le déjeuner était correct. L’hôtel est bien situé.

Hello, People were smoking inside the hotel. Smelled really bad. Room was clean. Very close to everything.

Nice staff and excellent welcome and glass of bubbly on arrival, nice and comprehensive breakfast options. Room was comfortable and roomy. Nice shower. One or two minor tired features in room but very minor. Our only disappointment was the bar was closed on Sunday and Monday? No idea why - so they lost some good business from a party of 5 staying. Hotel is a short walk from the main shopping and restaurant area of town. The Hotel though does sit on the edge of the Japanese area - so lot's of those kinds of eateries closer by.

Leonardo hotel does not worth 4 stars. It’s not good as other 4 stars hotel
