Booked 2 rooms over a month in advance and told the staff the day of we wouldn’t be arriving until around 8pm. Arrived and had 2 rooms on separate floors. Upon entering one room, it was very hot and humid (expecting Florida outside) and the AC fan was broken and rattling very loudly. Called front desk immediately and since they were ‘full’ they couldn’t change my room. Maintenance man came up that spoke very little English and basically said the he couldn’t fix the fan. Front desk staff gave me bogus email for a manager that couldn’t be reached on weekends when I asked for refund or discount. Worst experience I’ve ever had with Hilton. Breakfast area was okay but pancake maker was undercooking the pancakes.

It was a good experience and a quiet place to rest. Breakfast was pretty good.

The staff front desk was nice. Room very clean and comfortable queen beds. Breakfast was serve with plenty for guesses. I give thumps up for a nice lady who in charge breakfast today. Overall I was happy.

Recently remodeled. Halls look dated but inside the rooms are nice. Stopped by on our trip to the Everglades and keys. Perfect spot for access to both

Clean and nice but I wish they had a SmarTv

I don’t know if you want to publish this. The staff were great but unfortunately in the afternoon I started to feel bad. At breakfast I at the eggs and my family didn’t I believe the egg was bad, because I had a wicked case of food poisoning. The egg was the only thing I ate that was different from the family, and I was the only one affected.

Family trip- We enjoyed our stay. Comfortable beds, Friendly staff.

Me encantó estar ahí todo limpio el personal muy agradable. Lo recomiendo

Amazing hotel and excellent breakfast with various options. Travelled with family and strongly recommend this place to my friends.

Everything was exceptional! The front desk young lady is always providing excellent service.
