ดีมาก The hotel was situated a short walk, 5 mins, from the train station which was perfect for us . We got what we paid for, a clean basic hotel. It was fine for our 1 night stop in Venice. No air con in room, but was a fan and shutters on the windows kept the room at a fine temperature and we were there in peak summer temperatures. Room was ready early which was a great plus.

พอใช้ Bathroom had mold on the walls and in the shower. Half of the electrical outlets did not work and had to use the bathroom outlets to charge.
Only has AC where staff work and not in the rooms. Even with windows open at night, black out curtains closed during the day, door open to allow some cold air in from the hallway and a fan running 24/7 we could not get the room below 26degrees.
Our first fan in the room (which is how they say you must cool your room down) did not have an intact plug. The second one they gave us did not work.
The third one they gave us only had 1 leg so it could not stand and be used ans was taped together. Eventually they took pieces of different fans to make a working one.
And when we were trying to get a fan that worked properly one of the 2 staff members was really rude and attempted lying to our face until I called him out on it and then we got a working fan.

ดีมากเข้าพักพร้อมคนรัก
The rooms are small and slanted as a whole. However the reason you pick this hotel is location. You get off the train turn right and walk less than 5 minutes. No long walks over bridges or dealing with water taxis. You get this place so that the only thing you haul through Venice is you and your family not your luggage.

Room did not have air conditioning, there was poor water pressure in the bathroom sink, black mold in the shower and the hair dryer had to be used on a low setting, otherwise it would over heat and not work.
The staff on the other hand were very nice and helpful.

After checking in at the hotel and settling into the room, we realized the "Ventilation System" (which the hotel manager calls the Air Condition) is broken. They did not mention it when we checked into the hotel. We had reserved the hotel for 3 nights but we checked out the next morning. Hotel will not refund us

After checking in at the hotel and settling into the room, we realized the "Ventilation System" (which the hotel manager calls the Air Condition) is broken. They did not mention it when we checked into the hotel. We had reserved the hotel for 3 nights but we checked out the next morning. I contacted the travel agency and requested a refund for the other nights we did not stay. The travel agency send couple of emails and the hotel never responded. The hotel removed the description "Air Condition" from their hotel amenities, and Expedia won't refund us because there was not description of the ventilation system.
