Hotel is 2 blocks off the Champs d'Elysees and conveniently located along 2 metro stops, making it super easy to get around. The area is filled with charming restaurants and cafes as well as a grocery store. The elevator is quite small but a fun experience. We made use of both the den area and the lounge/eating area on the 1st floor. Staff were kind and helpful and took good care of us during a power outage that hit the entire area, presumably due to the heat wave. Despite a couple of hiccups, it was a great stay. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Yes, the room was clean. The staff was very kind and friendly. Air conditioning worked well. Shower was great. The power outlet in the bathroom was loose and the hair dryer would not stay plugged in. Even with that very small issue it still is now my favorite hotel in Paris.

Staff were extremely friendly, room was lovely and a very nice size. Location was perfect and felt very safe. A really lovely hotel, would definitely recommend!

The room was smaller than I expected. The staff were neither friendly nor unfriendly. The female staff member who held our luggage on the last day was kind.
