It is a great setting, close to the beachfront and the Icon Mall. The property itself is well laid out and well maintained with excellent staff responding to your needs. Our second time here was just as good as our first

This property is amazing. You get a local feel and the staff are nothing short of incredible. Nothing is too much trouble and they are all so friendly. The location is great, it’s surprisingly quiet but so close to everything having Icon Mall within 5 min walk and 100m to the beach with bars and restaurants lining the beachfront. Breakfast was always cooked perfect and served in our villa by the pool. This was our second stay and we will definitely be back. Just make sure you bring a travel adapter as although it’s not an issue, there are no usb charging points like some other hotels. Also great with slightly older kids as the rooms are connected via the pool courtyard, not internal. You have the privacy of your own villa but still have access to the Hotel pool, bar and restaurant.

Wonderful hotel in a great location Stayed here in June 2026 and would highly recommend this hotel. The two rooms were very spacious and clean with more than enough space for hanging clothes. My only grumble was that the room with twin beds for kids was actually the nicer room 😉 The outdoor area (decking and sunbeds) needed a little TLC but the pergola and dining area were all in very good condition. We had breakfast delivered to the room every morning and did not use the restaurant. We then had sun in our very private area (decking and pool) till we went out for lunch around 1ish. We then used the main pool and took advantage of the happy hour from the bar. The hotel was quite so like having our own massive pool. The gym was more than sufficient for holiday needs. Location was a few minutes walk to the beach and there was a great restaurant just off the drive and left for lunch (shotgun social) as well. When going to the beach you do have to run the gauntlet of the small market and getting hassled to go in to the shops. Few restaurant options if you turn left (recommend Segara) and few more if go right. Close to the Bali mall which was helpful on our last day and somewhere nice to sit in the cool.

Our stay at Malapala Sanur was absolutely fantastic. Our villa was very private and spacious. The outdoor sitting area was perfect for afternoon drinks around our pool, and breakfast in the morning. The location being very close to Sindu beach, with a large selection of restaurants to chose from, was excellent

Beautiful secluded villa, close to Pantai Sindhu with an excellent choice of Warrungs and beach walking. Breakfast delivered to our villa everyday allowing us to relax outdoors by the pool. Staff always friendly, restaurant and room service prices very reasonable, and very tasty authe tic indonesian food.

Location was excellent , we were able to walk to shops and the beach. Despite being close to everything the villa was quiet. Having a private pool was lovely and much appreciated and the air conditioning was very effective. Staff were always available to assist if needed. Breakfast could be improved upon but that would be my only criticism.

Excellent location about 1 minute from the beach. The staff are great and very accomodating. Overall I would return.
