Clean room, the location was easy to get around, friendly staff

Nice room, nice location and nice staff

Property needs better housekeeping. Towels had stains and bed cover as well. Bed was really comfy tho. Other minor details throughout room like cover on shower was loose. Glass door didnt close right. But overall it was good for an overnight stay.

They where a bit strict about having a 5th person in the room, and got charged extra, other than that stay was good

I had booked three deluxe rooms with king beds. After completing the check in process and proceeding to the rooms we had been given three double beds in a significantly smaller room than we had booked. Upon talking to the front desk agent we were informed that they had no king bed rooms available and we had been downgraded. There was no offer of compensation, no explanation, and they apparently hoped we would not notice. The front desk agent simply did not care and was not willing to help. After a 45 minute wait with hotels.com service and while insisting that the front desk agent contact the manager we were finally given larger rooms. Two of these new rooms however had A/Cs that were not cooling and after complaining it appeared that the filter had not been cleaned in quite a while. The location however, was superb and that is about the only positive thing about this property.

Very disappointing stay. Housekeeping was superficial at best. Glasses were not replaced or cleaned daily, and basic items often had to be requested from the kitchen or bell staff instead of being provided routinely. Even more concerning, items disappeared from our room and were never returned after being reported. We also found black mold on the showerhead, which was clearly not being cleaned properly. This raised serious concerns about the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the room. After the missing items were discovered, the front desk was instructed not to allow housekeeping to enter our room anymore. Despite this, staff continued entering our room daily even after being told not to, which was unacceptable and invasive. The hotel is old, dated, and in desperate need of renovation. The condition of the property was nowhere near what was advertised online. Overall, poor service, poor maintenance, questionable cleanliness, and a frustrating experience. I would not stay here again.

Was a perfect location super clean, The service was spectacular.
