Best stay in Istanbul . Very kind helpful staff . Leaving town with lots of musical instruments and was helped with bags down to Main Street . Great area near arts district .

The taksin park suites hotel has an excellent staff, super friendly and they even helped with our baggage in an out, the room is clean, a bit small bed but super comfortable, the water is amazing and the area around the hotel is very nice multiple dining options and activities

The air conditioner didn’t work and there were no mosquito screens. The bed was very very soft. It was a very uncomfortable night. The staff were very kind and helpful despite this though.

Location of Taksim Park Suites is great. Lot of shops, bars, disco, restaurants and hair salons at walkable distance. There is also a taxi station at 10 meters from the hotel antrance (yes). Breakfast is basic but ok. It would help a lot if staff can also communicate in English. Only the cleaner and one of the guys working part time over there can speak English.

Hotel is centrally located in the Beyoglu Taksim Area. It is close to a lot of restaurants and shopping areas. Unfortunately the hotel needs maintenance. Our experience was not the best as there was a leak from our shower to the other floor. While the staff was very friendly we had a language problem as they did not speak English. The hotel has a lot of potential but needs a lot of up keep and maintenance. We had to change rooms because of the leak. The AC was not working on the new room. There was no other room to move us to. that night. The heat inside the room was unberable. We had to open the widows to make the room cooler. Due to the location of the hotel there was a lot of noise from the neighboring restaurants. We were transferred back to the original room the day after. The room was not made/clean every day. The hhotel is listed as a non smoking property but we would get a very strong cigarratte smell from the vents from the room next door.

I hope hotel owner gets to see this. I have an MBA and wanted to give him free business advice for a month. he is a nice man who is a micro-business owner and struggling to juggle it all. He came to see me to apologise for the broken items in my room. But the other workers present just shrugged off my complaints and were not helpful. Stay at the Marin. Nice people there who helped me interface with my own staff with language and made tons of helpful suggestions. The stuff in my room like broken toilet seat, the unlabeled blue stuff I hoped was shampoo, poor quality hair dryer and shower head never got fixed. it was a charming place with lots of potential but the smoking by the staff, the open air ducts between rooms so that noise level was really high and the failure of language was enough to ruin my experience. I know Turkey so I know to have patience but it was more than most people would be willing to take. BTW, Google translate works pretty decent with Arabic but not to much with Turkish. If you use formal Turkish and simple messages in the app, it works okay. Does NOT work with slang....

Great place to stay if you want to feel the vibes of Taksim!great ..be back. Price is low!
