Amazing property - full of character but so well maintained and clean. Great amenities. They really have thought of everything. Highly highly recommended

Breakfast is delicious, staff is very friendly, the carriage is interesting, we took lot of pictures!

The breakfast was beautiful. So much to choose from. Nice to have a pillow that is supportive. The room we had was excellent. Staff so helpful.

Staff was very helpful, friendly and the facility was close to the lake. The owner has done a fantastic job to remodel this previous Catholic nun property with inventive decorations

Beautiful grounds with quirky places to stay. Unique old nunnery. We stayed in the Station House which was built in 2921. It was decorated with period accessories. Wonderful breakfast materials were provided and the shower was exceptional, The laundry in the house was very welcome.

We stayed in the refurbished train car and it was pretty funky . The shower was an old tub with a Gerry rigged shower head and the toilet was in a very small room( original bathroom) with a sink with broken fixtures. However it was definitely one of the most unique places we have stayed at and everything did work ok . Just felt like we were camping indoors. It was cozy I must admit. Very nice staff good breakfast

A former convent converted into a charming hotel. Well appointed rooms and a delicious breakfast made for a very enjoyable stay.

Very quaint, well kept and spacious property. Close to the downtown area. If you don’t have a car, it’s about a 20 minute walk into the main business area of the town which was fine by me. The property has a rustic eclectic character which creates a relaxing mood and feel. There is a huge chess set on the lawn as well as an old railcar for example. Would definitely stay here again.

Quaint lodge with very friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent and provided much need fuel for my hike to Mount Luxmore summit.
