Oda yeterince temiz değildi yastık kılıfıımız bile geçirilmemişti. Yerler çok pisti.

Availability of meals at the hotel is wonderful when needing to stay for follow up to the medical hospital so close.

The walls are just way too thin! The next door guests have bothered me for 2 days/nights with their loud voices, fighting, crying and so on. So, it has not been a very relaxing or peaceful stay. I probably won’t stay here again.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Lovely breakfast and dinner. Staff were so friendly and very helpful. Great location.

Very pleased with the service and overall requirements for the stay. Under an hour to get to the hotel from Istanbul Airport and plenty of transport options nearby to get around the city.

Internet is not good.

Good rate, good bed and the bathroom was clean. The only thing I didn’t like was that the carpet was stained in several places and even though I request a non smoking room, the room smelled like someone smoke there previously. I know that in Turkey everybody smokes anywhere, and new rules of no smoking in restaurants or closed places sometimes are not enforced like in Europe or US. But it would be nice that they enforce that rule at least in the hotels.

The manager and the staff are very professional and very respectful. When I’ve asked the manager about places to go in Istanbul, she wrote for me some places and how to go there by public transports. Breakfast is very nice and clean. However, the person who maintain the hotel is very slow and don’t act as professional as the staff, he comes late have to call for him to come at least 4, 5 times to fix the tv as it wasn’t working, and when he came and said I fixed it, the tv didn’t work still. His face make you fell he don’t like his job. Also, most of the staff are non English speakers and that’s make it difficult when you call them and wanted something to be done or delivered for you. The hotel doesn’t keep any tourist brochures, which is unusual for me. The hotel is 95% clean I would give it a 3 and a half stars.

Very much liked the hotel, it is clean and very welcoming. The people are friendly and the rooms are inviting and chic. I recommmend it
