I arrived early at 1:30 PM, but my room wasn’t ready. After going for lunch and returning at 3:30 PM, the room was still unavailable. It was a mistake booking this hotel during the holiday period, as it was clearly understaffed—especially housekeeping, causing significant delays. Checked in 90 minutes past the official time. The room is in good condition but could be better.
The check-in process was slow, with a 15-minute wait at reception due to a lack of staff. The team was doing their best but simply couldn’t keep up. The lobby was overcrowded, resembling an airport lounge, making the experience stressful.
Another major downside is that there’s no direct access to the shoreline. The surrounding area is full of construction, making it not walkable, especially for families with kids.
Despite the delays and inconvenience, no compensation was offered, with the excuse being the holiday rush. To make matters worse, the hotel was also hosting a conference, further straining its capacity.
