Clean, quiet, conveniently located, excellent bus connections

Nice hotel. Get the 24 hour tram ticket and you can see just about all of Salzburg

Very pleasant, comfortable place with great breakfast

The hotel is perfectly located on bus line 1 and 10 for connections to the city , train station and airport . All are within 15 mins of the hotel . The hotel is friendly , simply furnished and provides a very good buffet breakfast in a cosy dining area . Salzburg city gives a travel pass to hotel guests for the duration of your stay .

Despite the listing, there are no laundry facilities at the hotel. We bused to a laundromat about 20 minutes away. Breakfast was adequate, with both hot food like scrambled eggs and sausage and cold cuts along with a variety of breads. It was the exact same offerings every day, but I usually eat the same thing for breakfast anyway. Beds were comforting enough and staff was friendly.

I didn’t feel this was a 3 star hotel. Room facilities were poor, no kettle, room wasn’t serviced during stay. Room very dated. That said the location was excellent, breakfast fair and price was reasonable. Staff friendly.

Very compact room and bathroom. Not overly comfortable, but adequate for a 1 (few) night stay. Great breakfast. Staff was nice and the free bus pass we got is appreciated.

Overall, this was a very nice place. The downfalls were that you had to carry your luggage up eight steps to get in the hotel then another flight of stairs to get to the elevator (upon arrival one of the staff helped with that, but the morning we left we had to carry the luggage down ourselves). and once you were off the elevator there were a few stairs to go down to get to the rooms. Our room had two bedrooms and they were very stuffy. You could open the windows but there was some sort of construction going on from the early morning. We didn’t spend the daytime in the room so that was okay for us. The staff was very friendly and a great plus was that each guest was given a free bus pass, which saved a lot of money on Ubers plus the bus stop was right across the street and the bus service took you throughout the city so it was extremely convenient.
