I had a pleasant stay and the staff were kind. They were accommodating of me and spoke English. The room was neat and a small fan was provided, which was sufficient for my stay. The bathroom is tight though.

Great stay near Voltaire metro station. Room was small but clean and modern. Good value.

This is not a 3 star hotel, room was extremely hot. The fan was not effective. Terrible breakfast and one of the staff was awful to a couple who needed help.

Outdated decor and threadbare atmosphere, combined with 90 degree weather and no A/C or fans, made for a less than enjoyable experience.

It’s not just dated—it feels neglected. Very disappointing. Nearly everything in the room, including the electrical outlets, was broken, which felt like a real safety hazard. I’m honestly surprised this is allowed and wonder whether the property undergoes inspections. The location wasn’t great either, with the closest metro station about a 7-minute walk away. The receptionist was helpful, which I appreciated. Overall, a very poor experience.

we stayed for 2 nights and the room was quite small, just big enough to have a double bed and a table. be prepared for the lift to be quite tight aswell and the rooms to be quite warm. the en-suite was good, clean and good size. however, the staff were friendly and spoke english.

Location - good Room size - small but okay but toilet is much too small. You practically cannot move. Water is always coming down to the floor after a shower. Spoke to the front desk but could only offer more towels

Our 9 days and 8 nights stay in Paris was absolutely amazing. I found this hotel through Expedia,. The location was perfect for us. Situated in the 11th Arrondissement, Bastille has such a vibrant multicultural vibe with amazing restaurants, cafés, boulangeries, pâtisseries, and food spots all around. It truly felt lively, welcoming, and safe even when walking around at night. If you are someone who loves food adventures and exploring local culture, this area is perfect. Our room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable for a couple. We stayed on the 2nd floor and had everything we needed. The washroom was spacious enough, and the hot and cold water worked perfectly after long days of exploring Paris. What truly made this hotel exceptional was the hospitality. Before arriving, I emailed the hotel asking if we could leave our luggage since we were arriving earlier than the 3 PM check-in time. To our surprise, they went above and beyond and accommodated us with an early check-in at 10 AM. After a long flight, that gesture meant so much to us. The staff and crew were all kind, polite, and very accommodating throughout our stay. Special shout out to Marianne, who welcomed us warmly and helped us during our entire stay. She truly went out of her way to assist us, especially with our Navigo Pass. Her kindness and excellent customer service made our Paris experience even more memorable. Overall, we highly recommend to anyone visiting Paris. Great location, wonderful staff, clean rooms
