The facilities were maintained the staff was professional and the breakfast was awesome..

The breakfast buffet was excellent. They had a nice variety of food. The staff were very helpful and kind.

We had a wonderful experience at the Leonardo Royal Hotel in Amsterdam. We stayed here for a couple of nights, and Nilesh made our stay extra special with his outstanding customer service. He was incredibly responsive to everything we needed and always went above and beyond with kindness and professionalism. His warm attitude truly made us feel welcome and valued. Thank you, Nilesh, for making our stay so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

Great staff and facilities, right next to the metro

We really loved our stay. We had a corner room on the top floor with amazing views of Amsterdam all around. Staff were very helpful and the rooms are really well designed. I’d love to stay here again someday!

We were not happy very rude front desk staff

Hotel was excellent. Location however is quite inconvenient. It's quite a walk to the nearest station and takes a while to get anywhere. No problem at all if you have a car or don't mind taking an Uber but public transport links are not well connected to it.

I was very disappointed with my stay at the Leonardo Royal Hotel. The level of service fell well below what I expected. The front desk assured me that my room would have a view, but that turned out to be untrue. On top of that, I repeatedly requested that the shower be repaired and that housekeeping service my room, yet both requests were ignored for two days. The food was overpriced and did not justify the cost. The air conditioning was also extremely limited and never kept the room at a comfortable temperature, making it difficult to relax or sleep. Overall, the poor customer service, lack of follow-through, and disappointing amenities made this a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this hotel, and I would not stay here again.
