I its clean ,our bathroom doesnt have a

Room was small and crowded.. location is ok, near su rail station.

You won't be able to leave you luggage there after you checkout if your flight is later in the day. We ended up leaving it in a locker at Shinjuku Station.

Most staff spoke very little English, but otherwise perfectly clean, situated a short walk from multiple substation points and surrounded by combini’s and not far from Shinjuku station.

The size of the room was fair, however, it’s filled with strong smell of cigarettes. That should be my fault as I didn’t aware that this is a smoking room. Pay attention that this hotel requests you check out at 10am. The sound of the air conditioner was annoying. But the location is quite convenient as it’s close to a train station and it just takes about 10 minutes for taking taxi to the Shinjuku Expressway Bus Station. The counter staff could be more helpful. They refused to call a taxi for me and asked myself to get a taxi.

Our room was clean and enough space for us also check in and out was easy and fast.

It is very nice hotel

Conveniently located for the price.

Everything was perfect

Location was convenient. Price reflects size of room and condition. Staff were accomodating!
