Great spot, easy all around!

Great experience! Helpful staff, amazing breakfast, clean room, comfy bed, & hot shower with good water pressure! Highly recommend!

The front desk staff was incredible. They allowed us to check in early and helped us buy tickets for the bus to Vigra airport. Excellent location. Highly recommend.

Hotel and rooms were fine, but the breakfast was something else.

The room was clean, and the bathroom is small. Typical of what I have been seeing here in most hotels in Norway. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was as expected, the cooked items were barely warm and the scrambled eggs could have been cooked more. A ship pier is situated right next to hotel so you could get woken up by a ship at 1 AM!

Major props to the night manager who helped us secure a taxi in a pinch and provided us with a bag of breakfast treats prior to our early flight.

Excellent service from all the staff. Very friendly and extremely helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Very clean, excellent helpful staff and good location.

Nice larger hotel. Parking is a challenge in Ålesund. We were fortunate to find a spot in lot next to hotel (needed to install app and pay (about $26/day) Good location and many good food options in area.

Thanks for making our stay comfortable and relaxed.
