The cleaning staff were brilliant The reception staff kept moving the goal posts - They asked for payment on arrival but didn't include the parking which was a surprise on checkout and only gave a receipt for the parking which contradicted what my wife was told on booking in. When pressed I was told to go to my Expedia account to print my own off Funny as I booked through Hotels.com. Breakfast was good and plentifull with the staff very helpful

Great location . Nice pool, rooms nice and cool. Restaurant staff and night porter really lovely, Reception staff not as friendly. Car parking easy €15 per day

Excellent location to explore Riva del Garda. The staff were friendly. The air conditioning was ‘broken’ which meant the room was hot throughout our stay and staff were vague when asked if this would be fixed. The pool was a nice addition to the hotel and breakfast was good standard every day although no variety, same each day. The room we had was fairly basic but clean, the bathroom wasn’t great, not much room to manoeuvre - anyone tall staying in that room would really struggle fitting under the shower! We had requested a quiet room so think this may be why we were in the room at far top corner of hotel. The bed and pillows weren’t our favourite but comfortable enough. Only other negative was that the room used to store our luggage after check out was wide open and people in there for a meeting on our return - there is no system to ensure luggage is collected by owner only. Luckily we had no issues and our luggage was there but could be very different! This sounds like a bad review, it was a good hotel for us as we hardly used the room as out exploring - just a few minor things that let it down!

Very nice hotel located close to the lake. Our room was small. The pillows were uncomfortable.

Great hotel, in an amazing position, staff were fabulous and perfect position....pool is small but great for a cooling dip at the end of the day. Only complaint our room had 2 windows facing the building next door...but it was so hot we were nt that worried.

Great location and very convenient to lots of restaurants and to the waterfront and boat excursions. Very nice room although we did not have much chance to enjoy the terrace. Parking situation was a drawback. A level of a local parking garage is set aside and they register your license plate, but I could not enter that specific level and when I tried to exit I had the same problem. When I called the front desk, they seemed to not know what to do or how to get a hold of the owner/manager of the parking garage. In the end, I just had to wait and quickly follow another car out.
