Room door handle was broken ( we had to change rooms) Toilets not in good condition Shower was in broken condition Extra mattress was too hard and pokey( maybe coir mattress) Too many mosquitos in the room We were only supposed to get some sleep in the hotel for about 6 hours but it was impossible to get any proper rest Location of the hotel is not in a good locality

I booked this hotel last minute. I was hoping this is a decent place for a 1 night stay especially for my mom who is really ill. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. First of all, the only way to contact them is via WA texts. They do not pick up calls. Then, 24 hours shuttle service means the service going to the airport is 24 hours. However, pick up time from the airport starts at 2pm. I contacted them 2 days prior to arrival to make sure that my mom could get to the hotel and sleep once we arrived. I texted them that our arrival time is 11am and they replied just contact them once we arrive. They did not mention that pick up from the airport is 2pm. As the result, we had to wait 3 hours for the shuttle. Instead of apologizing for giving unclear information, they tended to be defensive like it is the customers' fault, Second, it is not non-smoking rooms although they have non-smoking sign inside the room. You are still allowed to smoke in front of (terrace) room. So, as you can imagine that if the rooms next to you smoke, you are the second-hand smoker. That is exactly what happened to us. My mom has cancer. We were suffocated by smoke from next door neighbors almost all night. We were second-hand smokers. Luckily, it was raining hard that night, so our next door stopped smoking, and we still could smell the smoke inside our room. Third, TV did not work, the room was outdated and dirty, there were mosquitoes in the room, late breakfast.

The location is extremely poor and felt unsafe to step outside the hotel area. The rooms were in a very bad condition. The door handle of our room broke when we tried to open it, leaving us locked inside. The Air-conditioning did not work in another room. The room was also full of mosquitoes. The food was terrible and grossly overpriced. We ordered a meal that cost nearly four times the normal rate, yet the quality was very poor. Overall, this was a highly disappointing experience.

Had so many bugs my room had to be sprayed which left us outside for several hours. No free shuttle to or from the airport and was charged for each passenger. Room had light bulbs out they never replaced all of them and had a terrible sweater smell. Then the noise was so bad my walls were literally vibrating like I was at a concert Tried for refund or discount and would not cooperate at all. Will never go back and recommend the same for you. Don’t go!

Beautiful hotel easy access

It's 20 ride from the airport and they offer shuttle to airport every 2 hrs from the hotel. However, the property is very old which could use some renovation and also the cleanliness can be better. Would have paid a little more to stay ibis or Swissbel with that pricing.

Avoid this hotel not a good location for Transit hotel, filthy dirty.

Decent stay for those passing through Jakarta on a short layover. We had been flying / transiting through airports for 28 hours, and with another 10 hours between flights, we wanted some proper rest on an actual bed. We pretty much passed out after we each had a shower (which had hot water) and were able to get a bit of sleep before our next flight.
