ยอดเยี่ยม Amazing hotel experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive and accommodating. We showed up early, and they immediately took our luggage, offered helpful suggestions for nearby food and sightseeing, and gave us a plan to enjoy the area while our room was being prepared.
The room itself was spacious and easily one of the cleanest, best-maintained rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The shower had excellent water pressure, the AC worked perfectly, and the breakfast selection was delicious.
And the location? Perfect. We were just minutes away from everything we wanted to visit.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was exceptional and made us feel looked after throughout our entire stay.

This hotel is a 3 star hotel at max. The rooms were uncomfortable. Doors squeaking loudly waking everyone at night if you had to leave room to use restroom, most uncomfortable shower. One of the rooms smelled deeply of fried food and made our clothes and luggage’s smell. Unfriendly staff. You had to approach waitress at brreakfast to get you coffee otherwise she would completely ignore guests. Location was the only great thing, otherwise you are paying for a 3 star hotel. Oh and a big miss advertising by the hotel showing the picture of a rooftop hot tub. It’s only one room that has access to that. So don’t let that fool you.

This property exceeded our expectations. The staff was courteous, welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, well-appointed and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and offered lots of choice. The location was perfect for all the main tourist sights but felt like an oasis when we walked in. We only stayed one night but would love to come back and stay longer.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great! Many choices plus made-to-order cappuccinos helped kick start our mornings. The location was excellent! We would definitely stay here again.

This was a lovely resort in a very walkable area of Florence. As soon as we got to the facility, a staff member sat down with us and reviewed the map with us and how to get to important places that we wanted to get to. They were very eager to make dinner reservations for us, which we found very helpful. It was a great location for walking pretty much anywhere we wanted to in town. The facilities is extremely clean and the breakfast was very delicious. We would definitely stay there again.

The San Firenze Suite & Spa was absolutely wonderful! The hospitality of the staff was most excellent. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The room was exceptionally inviting and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast dining was a lovely start to our day.
