Very helpful staff.

We loved the hotel, so conveniently located. Beds and pillows are comfortable, the restaurant has good service for drinks, we never ate there though. The entire staff from the bus boys to the valet were super nice and very helpful. We would stay here again

Great AC great shower pressure. Love that there’s a restaurant open for breakfast lunch and dinner. In a great location. Staff was helpful and provided lots of resources and information

Clean place, great people, close to everything, good prices

The location is excellent two blocks from the zocalo and short walk to food and markets. The room was clean and the cleaning staff excellent. The restaurant was a great experience every meal. The staff was very attentive. Picked this place for location and because it had a pool. Unfortunately the pool was unusable because of excessive levels of chlorine. I don't know what the chlorine levels were but after one swim we were left coughing with burning eyes and skin and went back to the room to shower off. My 9 year old said "let's never go in that pool again." That's too bad because otherwise the place was great.

Great location and overall a good stay. I'm quite simple in my needs, so I can't really comment on any additional services or breakfast. I didn't use them. But the staff was very friendly and the property was quiet.

Nice and clean hotel, close to many restaurants, shops, bars and historic places.
