Enjoyed my stay here,despite having toothache.
Reception staff helped me to see a dentist-on a sunday,very grateful for that.
Only real criticism-beds not that comfy,especially the pillows,not a great sleep for 5 nights.

This is a great hotel, but be forewarned the surrounding area is not especially walkable during the heat of summer, unfavorable weather, or if you are carrying luggage. The nearest subway station is Kashiwanoha Campus, and that is quite a walk. I had to take numerous taxis during my stay when I did not have time for the walk to the station. As for the hotel, it is genuinely great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable.

Over all,clean,good service,poor media in English comparing with others as Mitsui,distance to train station is not 300 feet or meters,use the way Parallel to the train lines shorter,also if raining far from the station,they should have a shuttle for better customer service
Rooms with good size,no closets nor drawers,bathroom and bathtub very good,all the electronics expected in Japan.

ยอดเยี่ยม Hotel staff were friendly, although some spoke little English, and the hotel room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast was good, and there was a nice library to relax in. The only slight downside is its location in a largely residential area a good ten minutes' walk to Kashiwanoha Campus town centre and train station. Would stay again if I visit Kashiwanoha in the future.
