Clean spacious room, curtious staff. Location is good for accessing pulic transportation, supermarket and a nive Patessaery.

Great value Hotel, nearby Tram, Supermarket and Bus station. Staffs are very friendly to help you with any needs. Highly recommeded for budgrt travellers.

Very handy to stay, the tram nearby and busstop outside the door. Secure parking. Room with balcony to sit out over the main road, but in the centre of Nice it was great watching trains, trams. Breakfast great in the big airy light conservatory.

Clean and spacious room | Reception staff was friendly and helpful; Overnight staff is security guards only, thus, it’s a bit challenging to communicate in English as the guard only understands French - however, we made use of Translation to help successfully. | Lift was out of service the 1st morning since we moved in and was still not working for the rest of our trips (5 days), which made customers hard to carry luggage/ walk back to the rooms.

Internet is not convenient, logging you out each time you turn off your device.

The parking garage at Esatitude Hotel was a life saver because parking in Nice is a nightmare.

Hotel staff is very nice and helpful.

Ist time having a hotel that only sllow 1 user at a time to use the wifi in the room

Other than the Wi-Fi issues, the hotel, location and my stay was good. Wi-Fi system need to be upgraded and changed from a public setting to private network to allow for business use because most company devices are restricted to private networks for security reasons.
