First Flatotel International (Aparthotel First Flatotel International)

We had stayed here a couple of years ago, access card system was poor then but has since gotten much worse, with less than helpful staff, last visit the staff were excellent. Excellent sea view but the double glazing did little to keep out the road noise. Overall very disappointed, we had picked this hotel again because of such an enjoyable experience that we had before, definitely not again.

La propiedad excelente , habitaciones limpias y espaciosas , la atención en general muy bien solo un encuentro desagradable con una chica que atiende el restaurant buffet en la entrada el día mayo 22/2026 en la noche que fue áspera y grosera con el grupo , debería trabajar en su atención al cliente y sonreír como lo hace con sus colegas de trabajo pero con los clientes , pero todo lo demás excelente , gracias

Clean and tidy apartment, lovely sea view and off-street parking (at no surcharge, a rarity, which itself is a scandal given what other properties charge). Staff really friendly and helpful.

The apartment was spacious, but the shower was mouldy. The sofa bed was ripped. The door separating the bedroom kept banging if the window was open, we blocked it shut with our trolley bag which then got a thick layer of dust. There was no soap in the toilet when we arrived. Whilst it was spacious, it looked very different from the pictures on hotels.com and for me personally had a depressing feel to it. Upon informing the hotel, they said they would clean the shower, they refilled the soap promptly. Then they realised it was mould in the shower and said they would send a technician. I asked to swap rooms and they refused. I asked for a refund for the remaining time, and they said i need to deal with hotels.com. they said if i wanted to move hotels i needed to checkout by 12pm. Then they allowed for 1pm as the technicians to look at the mould hadnt arrived. I contacted hotels.coml who tried contacting the hotel and couldnt get thriugh to the approving manager. Mould is not safe, by this time I was fed up and wanted to move. I was unable to take a shower. Hotels.com eventually agreed to giving me credit to move to another hotel. Flatotel only apologised when i checked out. Ive noticed that when there are issues to do with money, the hotels are not interested in dealing with the customers and point us towards hotels.com. Technicians came to assess the situation. What they ended up doing i dont know, as by that time i was so frustrated id left. no ETA for fix given.

Nice place with an amazing location, the beach is across the street and many restaurants close by, we took an appartement with 2 bedrooms and it was huge with a big leaving room and 2 bathrooms.
