Is an old hotel but well taken care of Service was excellent Recommend yes

Great hotel with a central location. Rooms were very modern. My go to location always when I stay in GDL.

Great location and the room was clean and modern. Staff were always help.

Great service

Hotel Portobelo is conveniently located next to Juarez train station and few streets away from the cathedral. Nice and modern hotel. Room was very clean, nice comfortable bed, quiet even during outside celebrations after the Mex-S. Korea Game! Excellent restaurant options for both breakfast and dinner, really don’t need to go outside for delicious food. Staff was professional, attentive and courteous greeting guests every interactions. Will stay here again on our next visit.

Great service

Clean

The location was convenient to surrounding areas and rooms are spacious. The bar prices were a bit expense.

Me gusta la localización, la habitación, atención al cliente solo servicio a habitaciones no encontré hielo, y el estacionamiento es para carro demasiado chico y tuvimos que buscar otro estacionamiento que fuer 24 horas para que cumpliera nuestra necesidad

Realmente estupendo, buena limpieza y exelente ubicación
