What a find! This is a charming and well run boutique hotel smack bang in the middle of the chaos of Times Square! It is peaceful and quiet, the staff are fantastic, the atmosphere is upmarket but unpretentious, the facilities are excellent (coffee station in the lobby, rooftop bar, $25 credit towards food in their restaurant) and the rooms are very tastefully decorated, if a little small (we've learned from many visits to NYC that you don't need a large room, you'll spend very little time there if you're doing it right).
Overall a very enjoyable stay and we cannot fault this hotel or anyone in it, we would definitely stay here again.
