Facility had no dining facilities in house

Great hotel, great value!

Everything was wonderful!

It’s a truly beautiful hotel with wonderful hospitable staff. The room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The whole place smelled nice. The beds were comfortable. Firm, but not too firm. Full size Crabtree and Evelyn products in the bathroom. The only problems were that there were ants in the bathroom (it’s Louisiana, bugs are a thing there). They also don’t have laundry machines or a laundry service available. I got soaked in the rain and because the airline delayed my luggage all I had was what I was wearing. So I had to dry my clothes and shoes with the hair dryer. Thankfully they had a hair dryer. They were able to accommodate my request for a room near an elevator because I’m disabled and we were able to get an early check in. I would stay here again.

Was told we needed to pay a deposit on each room and would get that back in the a.m. after trying to check out they said ohh it is not a deposit it is the charge from Expedia.

My room was a very clean, comfortable and elegant feel. I love the convenience of it being in the city and having a restaurant bar downstairs. My room was in the corner with a tiny hall so I had the pleasure of silence and comfort. This is also a place if you are a content creator where you can get some quick and cute photos in, before heading back up to your room.

This property is in a great location as it is in walking distance to everything restaurant and night life wise. The staff was nice. The rooms are nice although the could use an air purifier and replace the carpet as upon entering and my stay it had me sneezing the whole weekend besides that. This property is a gem
