The shower in our bathroom leaked. The website says complimentary self park only to find out it is an additional expense. No cinnamon rolls at the breakfast bar. Our room was noisy with road noise. The only really what I would call friendly staff person was the breakfast attendant. The breakfast itself was not tasty. I got no recognition for being an IHG member because I made my reservation thru Expedia. We did not come close to receiving the value I ended up paying for the room - bottom line it was too expensive for what we received in terms of amenities and service.
