Close to the beach

The location is perfect for walking to the beach or to stroll along the boardwalk. This was our second time staying here and we had a great time! They also have their own parking lot, so it's nice not to worry about parking.

We had a power outage in morning so no lights and no coffee. The room itself was quite spartan - very basic. The property is next door to a dive bar and tattoo parlor, and a fair amount of road noise. On the upside it's very close to the water and a 5 minute walk to the pier. Temper your expectations - it's a cleaned up motel and nothing more. In retrospect I wish I had spent more to stay somewhere else. Maybe not on the peninsula.

Not really an inn. It’s a motel. Fine but not worth the money.

Great stay

I had a tiny room but the bed was incredible: comfortable, crispy sheets, great pillows—I slept really well. Had a great ‘hotel lighting’mirror that made me look great! lol My room was a bit street noisy-it was on the street. Close to restaurants, the beach etc. Great location.

Great little spot in the heart of Newport…close to all the fun!
