Nice room with view of the park and ocean. Good Sundeck by the pool. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Only issue is construction all day below for a new venue they are building for a hula show should be finished in December.

The location is excellent, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The only issue is that the furniture is quite old and could use some updating, as it appears worn and not very clean.

The Luana Hotel and Suites property and staff as well as facilities were incredible. The staff was excellent, embodying the true essence of aloha spirit. The property and facilities were comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The surrounding area was nice and chill; no party noises keeping us up all night. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed or could want back home. The bedroom was cozy and spacious with well furnished bedroom and bathroom. All of the furniture in the apartment matched and was high quality heavy duty furniture. The two balconies on our corner unit was furnished with cute and comfortable furniture making lounging and relaxing very easy & fun. We had a great view of the pool, Kalākaua Ave, as well as of the parks behind the property. Fort DeRussy and Kuroda Ave. We were even able to watch a sporting competition happening in the park from our balcony. The pool, gym and laundry facilities were nice and easy to access. The activities desk and staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the available activities in the area. Renting surfboards was fast and easy. Valet was quick and straightforward. A little pricey but the luxury of knowing your vehicle is safe and easily accessible is priceless. Overall this place was fantastic. We look forward to staying again soon.

Front desk staff was very helpful and provided assistance when having issues

The blackout drapes in the bedroom wasn't effective at all. The sun comes thru at 5 am and the whole room is bright. The carpet in the bedroom is old and unclean. The staff and the valet team are excellent. Awesome service.

The property was very clean and in a great location! We enjoyed our week stay at Luana Waikiki!

Great time, easy walk to everything. They had nice extras like wine and cheese and music 3 times a week and lieu making on Monday.

I stayed from Tuesday-Monday. They charge $53 per DAY for basic amenities that a hotel provides; Wifi, pool access, and fitness center access are items that assist with getting them business over other properties but it is not shown up front that it comes with a cost. They even have ice machine listed in that fee! They do not provide breakfast at all (which is not listed but based on the cost and additional fees, its an eye opener that its not even available for purchase). Housekeeping only comes if requested. Easy access to beach, restaurants/bars, and shopping. All within reasonable walking distance (less than half a mile). Food truck park is literally across the street from the hotel. There is no free parking ANYWHERE in this area. At the hotel itself, valet parking only for $45 a night.

Everything about this place was just perfect! So easy to get familiar with the layout and easy to talk to staff.
