Great location. Clean, compact rooms. Not a lot of room for luggage in our Terrace room but other rooms types were roomier. The rooftop space was a bit of a disappointment, no view or food service. Overall a good value.

Great location, staff, clean, safe areas and restaurants around. The only problem was the Air conditioner stop working at night, it like automatically shut off and start back in the morning and that was every day. I told the receptionist about it. However not sure if they checked because for the 4 days stay the same. Other than that it was great

Very nice central location. We liked the rooftop and the free machine for drinks! We enjoyed our stay our beddings where changed regularly and staff were very friendly.

พอใช้เข้าพักคนเดียว
I felt like a business transaction with the check in and check out process. This was not a welcomed experience as a traveler and simply felt like an economy hotel. The soap container at the bathroom sink did not pump so I had to open the container and drip soap on the ground and sink vanity to wash my hands. There was no shampoo in the shower (only shower gel and conditioner) - only two containers so I think one of them should have been the shampoo. The nightlight in the bathroom was very bright during the nighttime and created a light glow in the sleeping area so it was more difficult to sleep.

What a darling boutique hotel located right in the middle of the best neighborhood in Barcelona, L’Example! With cute shops, bakeries & restaurants, all around, you didn’t have to walk far to get what you desired! Diego was so welcoming & genuine, we just loved him! We highly recommend this property for a quiet & safe stay!

Great hotel for basic needs for very close proximity to attractions, walking distance to Plaça catalunya shopping. The hotel has no restaurants but several good restaurants within minutes of the hotel, with coffee shops that open early at 7 am.
The rooms are on the small side but beds are comfortable, bed sheets fresh, had daily room freshening up and cleaned, with a good supply of towels. The rooms have good noise control, and our room was next to the elevator, and overlooking busy La Rambla. The staff David and Diego and the blond lady were friendly, accomodating and helpful!
Overall happy with our stay!

The room was nice, but no coffee, and no wash cloths, the floors were dirty behind the chair with dust balls. There is very minimal space for clothes. We lived out of our suitcases for the 4 nights we stayed. We really enjoyed the balcony, and the balcony doors were very good quality that kept the noise from the street out. The specialty lighting was very nice, good water pressure in the shower. The rooftop terrace was very enjoyable. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. 2 bottles of water were in our small refrigerator upon arrival. The location of The Mosaic was very convenient, and we felt safe staying there. El Fornet was next door for coffee and breakfast in the mornings. Pharmacy and grocery store was close by as well.
