ดี The air conditioner did not work properly the first day ( during heatwave 2026). We complained the next day, they fixed it. The small elevator did not work the second day. They put signs on the main floor, all above elevators had no signs. They fixed it the same day. Carpet is filthy, they give you small square of soap and ting bottle of shampoo from the 1960s. The mattress thin and uncomfortable. The refrigerator door & safe the same, so when you go into the safe, the ref. opens. Close the central train station is a plus, but the area is crowded and busy all the time. They have breakfast at cost, but we did not use after seeing the room condition. They do not clean unless you request it between 7 am-1-pm.

The hotel was great considering its location. I liked the convenience as it was close to the transit station and the reasonable pricing.

Picked the smallest room, since I was only planning to stay 1 night in Frankfurt. The room was very clean, and the AC and shower worked well. Staff was friendly, and the breakfast (although not included), was good.

ยอดเยี่ยม This is a nice clean budget hotel very close to the train station. Very friendly staff and nice breakfast for 10€. Perfect for a quick overnight.

ดี The woman at the front desk was very nice but I was disappointed I had booked this place. Nothing worked in the rooms. The lights didn’t turn on. The hairdryer broke while I was using it. It was just very underwhelming. The breakfast was decent.

The staff was friendly and an alright place to stay for a short period. If you are unfamiliar with Frankfurt, this area might not be the best for first time travelers.

Clean room, but noisy.
The smallest shower and bathroom I have ever had, and I have traveled a lot, but everything worked ok.
Wouldn’t be great for anyone bigger than my small stature.

The area around the train station looks "seedy" but the hotel felt safe and though a bit dated was well maintained. Good A/C and comfy bed and nice shower. Breakfast was suprisingly good with great choices for the 10 eros. Front desk lady was welcoming and kind. Laundromat just steps away as was a good Irish pub.

Great location two blocks from the train station on tram line and u ban for travel to Frankfurt old town and other areas. Plenty of dining options, at a reasonable price. Room was clean and quiet with great air conditioning, not easy to find in Germany! Staff were friendly and helpful.
