Good location but insanely expensive with surprise taxes and fees ($100 per day!!). We travel a lot and are pretty low maintenance so it's got to be pretty nasty for me to complain. It was nasty. The room was filthy and the bathroom had no fan and no towel bars (?). At least the AC worked. if you don't mind that it's expensive and filthy, go for it. Otherwise keep looking.

We booked a room at the Wyndham for its convenience to Mass General Hospital. We were never informed that there was a major construction project underway directly across the street from the hotel and, specifically, right outside of our window which faced the construction site. The heavy equipment, sirens, and loud banging continued until well after midnight and resumed again at 5:30AM. Our 8:00am appointment at Mass General was for a critical medical diagnosis for my wife which required a restful night sleep in order to be properly prepared. At best she got 3 hours of restless sleep. When we checked out, I explained the situation to the desk clerk and said that it would have been nice if we were informed ahead of time that there would be after-hours construction underway. I told her that it was ridiculous that the work continued past midnight. Her only answer to me was that the site has a permit to work 24/7, inferring that I should be grateful that it didn't continue through the entire night. I then repeated that we should have been informed prior to booking so that we could have booked somewhere else. She just shrugged her shoulders and said nothing. No apology, no have a nice day, just a shoulder shrug. Terrible customer service following a terrible night stay. I should have known better and just booked at a Marriott or Hilton property. Never again at a Wyndham.

The valet was horrible service. And for the amount paid this place looked like a Howard Johnson. It was awful. Beds were way too small. Never going back

Dirty rooms, uncomfortable beds, high pricing. I’d steer clear. I certainly Won’t be back.

Parking was very fast
