The location seems great, however, getting a taxi in and out is a pain, this area always jams up with traffic. The hotel itself felt fairly overpriced for what you get. The rooms on the street side can be quite loud at night. And the restaurant/lobby was quite expensive for what you get. For these types of prices you can definitely go to other areas and eat at exceedingly nice area restaurants.
All of that said, and the staff was wonderful. I think if you were only coming for one night specifically to see this area it’s probably fine. Otherwise it’s very easy to get to with Istanbul‘s public transit fairies.
