Great location But I bet that massive fluff ball as you enter the stairs from the lobby is still there been there for my 3 days and I looks terrible

You need to pre book one of the parking spaces/companies so just take note ( I hadn’t realised). Location great, room fine, door of bathroom didn’t close, breakfast very good. Friendly staff.

Clean room, centrally located and very close to the events venue that I was attending. However, significant noise at night from the bars and restaurants overnight made it difficult to sleep

Stay was ok. Location couldn’t be more convenient. Only issue was I expected Ibis to be more like a Premier Inn, but is was like Travelodge: very basic room with a plasticky bathroom.

Great location with discount on nearby parking. Breakfast fairly basic.

It was ok. I hated the capsule bathroom. It was like showering in the toilet cubicle on a train. It was quite noisy, you can actually hear every strike at the bowling alley next door, so the window has to stay shut, but that wasn’t ideal when it was hot (there’s no air con, only a temperature control panel). Also, I put the Do Not Disturb and Cleaning not Required signs on my door but they went into my room while I was out and cleaned it anyway? The area was walkable and close to the city.

Booking in was quick and easy we were in the room in 5 minutes big comfy bed clean bathroom inly complaint was slightly hard pillows. Great base to explore Bristol

Rooms were clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the air conditioning was controlled by the outside air temp and the room was hot and muggy at night. Would not recommend the breakfast.

Room was fine, staff were good. Ordered a pizza from the barcoded menu in the room. After 20 minutes then order was accepted - great. After a full hour no pizza? I don't hatsapped the business team at the hotel and was told the hotel didn't receive an order from me and they do not take online orders! Even though their website is setup for that? Oh 24 hours later I checked my order - it's still pending. Wouldn't stay again, I waited an hour for lunch, then had to rush out for a sandwich before a meeting.

Modern design but fairly basic hotel. Harbourside location, good for sightseeing, shopping and evening entertainment. Walking distance to both the Hippodrome and Beacon theatres. Staff mostly foreign and not speaking or understanding basic requests. Rooms are basic, beds and pillows are not very comfortable. Bathroom shower was good, both hot and with good pressure. Breakfast was OK, simple English breakfast options plus a small continental choice, with cereals, yoghurt and a few pastries. All in all OK for an overnight stay.
