ยอดเยี่ยม We had a great stay! The hotel was very clean and just a short walk from the beach. There were plenty of good restaurants nearby, making it easy to find great places to eat. The whole area felt clean, safe, and very family-friendly. We would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again.

It’s a prime location and very close to the beach and then many restaurants nearby. The properties is nice and clean. The mattress and the blanket was very nice.

The best thing about this one is the location to the beach and sizable room, but if you are expecting at least 4 star and above service, and want to use swimming pool with kids who are not good at it with decent condition, look some where else, this one is not, this property is actually residential condominium, the management office is located on the 2nd floor kind of difficult to find and smoking smell on the floor while we were staying at.
Also, if you want to use swimming pool, you have to bring your own towel and need to show them your swimming suits which is sort of rude and weird, also, the pool runs with only 3 lanes which is kind of deep, closes 5:40 pm, and you also will be asked to leave out of the pool before 20 minutes

Excellent location, close to the venue that I was supposed to attend, also close to the beach and other local attractions. Highly recommended.

The location was great. Right on the beach and lots of places for coffee, food and drinks. Not far from the subway either.
For one person the place was spacious to say the least. For a larger group the layout was also really good and the kitchen suitable for fixing meals (not that I cooked for myself).
Without a little Korean I think the checking would have been difficult. The sign saying I need to go to the 2nd floor in a different building was only in Korean.
While for a weekend stay washer and dryer are not needed but the listing indicated guest could use the ones in the apartment. But the signs on the washing and dryer suggested that was not the case.
There is a lot of minor repairs that should be made and given the price was surprised to see how poorly maintained parts of the apartment were. Nothing necessary but aesthetically was a bad look.
If not for that I would highly recommend the location.

It's not easy to find the the front office as it is located in the 2nd floor. However the receptionist was kind to check in smoothly.

Extremely spacious unit (over 2700 sq ft). Clean room with a very nice beach view. Right in front is Haeundar beach with a lot of restaurants in the same building and nearby. easy parking.
The communication for guests from the overseas (who do not have a Korean cell phone number) is tricky. They should communicate via an email instead of exclusively relying on kakao talk.
