Pleasant stay at Sunset motel. Our rooms had a stunning view of the snow capped mountains in the distance. Fox Glacier is a small town, so the motel is well placed to take in the activities. One suggestion for the motel owners; during the Autumn/ winter season warmer doonas and blankets are definitely needed as the rooms get extremely cold of an evening, even with the heater on.

The view from our room of Mt Cook was terrific. Basic cooking facilities were much appreciated

Great location and lovely views

Great Location. Laundry facilities was a big plus. Staff was very helpful.

The hotel is advertised with continental breakfast which was a BIG reason I chose it. Turns out they do not. It was 7pm and tiny coffee milk packets and no food for the kids in AM. Please correct your ad.

Great views,!

The room was homely and spacious. And it was close to everything we needed.

Dated but good value for money.

Mountain view was gorgeous. We also enjoyed a visit from some chickens when sitting out the back.

It does what it says on the can. Clean, comfortable and friendly.
