Overall a pleasant stay. Do arrive earlier if you intend to reserve a parking lot at the hotel. If not, there are nearby parking lots available.

Had a great time when we stayed for 6 nights at the Hyatt in Naha. Staff friendly and helpful, room serviced daily with clean towels and bottles of water. Beds changed on 3rd day. Room a good size and had a view from the 9th floor, we were there when a typhoon came thru and staff helpful and informative. Loved the pool too. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a lovely stay in Okinawa.

Location is 10/10. You head out the back entrance and you are in the heart of the shopping dinning district. Only suggestion would be to add some oak meal or coconut yougurt for us vegans.

The hotel was central and easy to find with our car rental. Japanese hospitality has been top notch at every hotel and this was no exception. We were met at our car, escorted to check in and up to our room. We were later than expected and looking for a quick snack ending up at the 18th floor lounge. We were surprise by the 550Y “cover charge” to go in. Other than that we were very happy with this beautiful, central hotel!

I stayed in a club room and the staff and facilities were amazing. Such help and attention to detail. The location is very convenient for the local shopping area. The club. Facilities (including breakfast) were excellent with a wide variety of choice at very good quality.
