Great hotel to stay with family. Allows early check in n late check out especially when traveling with kids, it’s really much appreciated. Only issue is that my room has no view and the trainee staff at reception did not give me a workable access card for me to enter my room which caused me to go back to reception and get it rectify. Other than that, it was overall a great stay n other staff were helpful.

The staff were helpful but the 4 person double bedrooms were quite small. Its more comfortable for 2 person

Easy to shopping, good for food

The Staff was exceptional and went above and beyond their duties to assist us. We had cell phone issues and Chiquita, Susie, Lily and another woman ( whose name escapes me) this morning at about 6:30AM were so kind arranging Uber rides for us. Chiquita also helped us with plans to visit Rottnest Island.

We arrived expecting a standard hotel stay and left feeling like we'd been genuinely taken care of—there’s a difference, and this place gets it right. From the moment we checked in, the staff set the tone. Warm, efficient, and actually attentive without being overbearing. You don’t have to chase anyone down for help; they seem to anticipate what you might need and handle it before it becomes a question. The room itself was spotless and thoughtfully designed. Everything felt intentional—from the comfortable bed (the kind you sink into and immediately regret having to leave in the morning) to the lighting, which somehow managed to be both cozy and practical. Little details stood out: plenty of outlets in the right places, high-quality toiletries, and zero of that “bare minimum” feeling you sometimes get even in higher-end hotels. Noise is often the hidden dealbreaker, but not here. Whether it was solid construction or just good luck, the room stayed quiet and peaceful throughout the night. I slept better than I expected to, which says a lot. Amenities were equally solid. The common areas were clean and inviting, and everything worked as it should—no broken equipment, no “out of order” signs that linger forever. If there was a standout, it was how well-maintained everything felt.

In the midst of Perth city within minutes of everything. Lovely walks and easy to navigate.

Room was clean, in a good location. I would prefer if there was a window you can open for fresh air

The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel room was clean and had all that I wanted and needed. I love the fact that they provided purified water by the elevators that guests could fill our own bottles. The location was absolutely perfect for everything like train transportation, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. I was very satisfied that I chose the Holiday Inn Perth City Centre.
