I stayed with my family, booked 3 rooms with teo of its room have a connecting doors, as suggested by the hotels, but when we arrive there, we found out that the connecting room doesn’t have a bathroom! They didn’t apologize by not giving full information when offered the room. Its very disappointing, 4 of my family member need to shared 1 bathroom. The front desk only said a ‘general apologize’ without any effort to make our stay better. Also to add, seems they dont have sufficient f&b crew. 2 night we stay there, we need to wait 10-15 min to get the food ready, and its a buffet. So at time we can only get a rice with the soup water only left on the table.

Easy to find food, near to the alun2,just take a becak to Malioboro and sultan palace

Area was nice and calm. Good restaurants nearby. The room was moulded and the AC was constantly on (could not do anything about it). Breakfast is local style even though most of the quests seemed to be Westerners. The stay would be done a bit nicer with few easy changes because otherwise the hotel and staff seemed nice and pool was fine.

Hi, We had such nice experience during our stay at Rengganis. They had good taste of food and excelent staff to help us everytime. hopefully will stay there in another trip

this hotel has a great staff who are friendly and able willing to assist throughout thr stay. the room is clean and tidy

I loved that place with lush plants around the pool and restaurant area. Staff was very friendly and always ready to help with any needs or wants. Not far from center of the town, close by to lots of activities.

Good location and quiet but rooms are basic and poorly maintained. Breakfast very stingy. Reflects on a stingy management generally but my full compliments to all the staff who work hard and maintain a welcoming smile and cordiality, particularly those in dining and reception. Wifi unreliable.

We had a pleasant stay and the hotel staff are very friendly and ready to help you. They have info about the tour packages too. The only problem was the bed which was spring bed I suppose so we had difficulty sleeping at times.
