Well located, very short walk to shops, restaurants etc. Good off street parking, although spaces are small and large vehicles may obstruct others access. Reception staff are friendly and obliging. Room was tidy with good amenities that suited our needs. Overall our stay was comfortable. The shower in bathroom could have been cleaner. It's an older property and I don't expect perfection in budget accommodation of this type, but the amount of mould between the tiles was disgusting. A disappointing aspect was that on arrival we reported that a heat lamp globe in the bathroom ceiling was out. Reception reported it to maintenance and followed up several times on our behalf but it was never fixed. At one point we were given an excuse that maintenance were busy and didn't have time to go to Bunnings and get a replacement. Eventually we gave up asking. I have removed a star from the rating due to the complete lack of concern about guest comfort by maintenance. A very unresponsive maintenance team is a major downfall if you stay here. I suspect this is due to cost cutting by the owners we were told that the same team services a number of properties.

The room was really clean and the Staff members were so friendly and helped me step by step when i was checking in and also when i checked out. The parking was really spacious and easy. I have slept in and missed the breakfast but i am sure it would of been great.

I really loved my stay at BMHM! My room was spacious, clean and warm. Sadly I was here for a conference and couldn't use the excellent proximity to the local attractions, but I did love the closeness of the shopping centre and the great shops and cafes. Will definitely come back here.

If you plan on going to the blue Mountains for hiking, Coumba and this hotel are an excellent place to stay. I enjoyed my days there and the staff were very helpful. You can do laundry on the property for coins. It is a nice sizable apartment for this solo traveler.

we would like to stay this hotel again in October if possible...

Great Location

Reception was very polite and check in was a breeze. Good on site parking. Great location. Breakfast at Metropole was disappointing and not worth the effort. Decor was a little dated.

Overall our stay in a 2 bedroom apartment was good. The motel is well located and there are EV chargers in the car park. The kitchenette was adequately equipped with a fridge and microwave, cutlery, chopping board, cups and plates. A few simple things would help get a better rating. For example, the addition of a sharp cutting knife, and somewhere to hang the tea towel. Two satchels of dishwashing liquid is insufficient for a week stay, but wasn’t replenished until requested. The 2nd bedroom would benefit from a couple of hooks. The bathroom has no shelves. Cleaning each day was patchy with no more than a bare minimum. We stayed for a week and the room needed a good vacuuming midway. Front desk staff were responsive when requests were made, but really for the price these things should be routine.
