Small room but very clean and quiet. Love the price of staying, love the information they provide on TV once you walked in your room. Nothing complains. Thank you!

Everything was good and well organized the check out it was incredible fast and functional it’s perfect.

The best breakfast

Well maintained property, clean and conveniently located near Kyoto station. Right beside the property is 7/11 Kombini and a coffee shop across.

Perfect for a solo traveler. It was probably the smallest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in, but as soon as I settled, I found it quite comfortable. I was on the 11th floor in the corner room and truly enjoyed the window view of the railways and the passing by Haruka express trains. The only issue I had at first was an air conditioner that blew a seriously cold air into my face at night. Sleeping without it was not an option, but later I found my way around it. I also did not visit the public baths, since they were always crowded. But that has not affected my stay, and I still think that my time in Kyoto was the most beautiful and rewarding holiday ever. Everything was very clean and organised in the hotel. I liked that the TV showed the cleaning schedule, bath status, weather, and many other interesting and important pieces of information. The staff was super friendly and helpful, very professional. The hotel is located just a few minutes away from the Kyoto station, and I found it very convenient for everything I wanted to do or see as a first timer in the city.

Everything is good

The property is in a good location, but does give semblance to a prison block. Breakfast was good, lots of choice, the room would make Harry potters under stair cupboard feel like a penthouse! Very small, and the bathroom is ok as long as you are 5ft and under.

Staff was nice. The rooms were the smallest of all our trip (4 different cities) and there was no access to the other side of the bed, so one of us had to hop over the other to lie down. The bathroom was also ridiculously small (the tub was exactly 36 inches lengthwise - challenging for my 6’4” husband) and to use the toilet we had to sit sideways to fit our legs. We were also disappointed by the pillows (they looked and felt like dish sponges, mesh and everything), and despite having two guests in the reservation, they left one of each item for us (one bath towel, one face towel, one water, etc.). When we asked for more water, we were told to go to the 7-Eleven next door. Finally, we couldn’t control the AC, there are instructions to “turn it off” if hou don’t like it. Overall, we can’t recommend this hotel.
